Dr. Mark thoroughly answered all of my questions and even drew pictures to explain what was going on with my gallbladder. He took his time and I appreciate not feeling like I was being rushed.

Dr did a good job on surgery, but didn't tell me about some problems to expect, like seromas, drainage. I was very upset with having all the drainage, went to office 2 more times, when I could have been more informed beforehand.

Dr Ritter was very nice and explained all he could abt Our Sons condition He doesnt handle personally what he needs at this time He offered to review his case and if he could not be of help to help us find another Dr that could very helpful Alot of drs would just tell us cant help u and send us on our way We were very please with Dr Ritter and wish he had of been able to help Mike as we would have trusted him completely
