Dr. Ritter, nurse Anne, and the office staff are amazing! They are professional, caring and do their BEST to meet your needs and deadlines! I highly recommend Dr. Ritter after my husband has had 2 procedures: colonoscopy and hernia removal in his naval and both within 2 weeks of each other! Both went wonderful and every nurse staff at Rockwall Surgical Center in Rockwall was above the top helpful. I went today for my consult procedures I’m having in December: colonoscopy and endoscopy. He will be checking to see if getting off gluten has helped my acid reflux and gerd. Overall, since getting off gluten 96% since I sometimes come in contact with it or I’ve had bites and know I shouldn’t taste something, I’m hoping my report is great! My gerd is better than it has been when I was taking 80 mg of Omeperizole a day. I’m excited to get healthy again and Dr. Ritter is a big part of my journey and my husband Gil’s! Thank you Dr. Ritter and staff!!!

Excellent!!!! Dr. Mark thoroughly explained my procedure, never rushed, answered my questions, same with follow up visit...very engaged- highly informative. I felt well cared for by Dr Mark and his staff.

Hi really was scared to get Colonoscopy. Dr Egan was great with that . She has great personality & cares about her patients . Also Dr. Egan did my Inguinal Hernia surgery she was wonderful with that too . I will refer other people to her . She is great person & surgeon / Doctor . Always happy . Keep up the great work .

Dr. Egan is personable and highly capable... doesn't say things about which she is not positive. I really like that! I also like that she is a caring doctor who is also very accomplished.
I've had a surgeon who was too arrogant to admit he made a mistake... never again !

Dr. Ritter is an outanding surgeon. Everything during and after surgery went very well. Dr. Ritter is not only a great professional but, also, a wonderful human being. He instruted me on every step of the procedures. I am very greatful of having him as my GI doctor. I highly recommend him.
